Warsaw Pack 2026 – Central Europe’s Leading Packaging Innovation Fair

Showcase your solutions in packaging, logistics, and sustainable technologies with support from Clean and SMEBeyond!

Clean invites Danish SMEs to participate in Warsaw Pack 2026, held from 14–16 April 2026 at PTAK Warsaw Expo, Poland — the largest packaging and logistics trade fair in Central and Eastern Europe.

Warsaw Pack brings together more than 800 exhibitors and more than 26,000 professional visitors from over 40 countries. It’s where innovation meets industry, connecting technology providers, packaging manufacturers, logistics experts, and sustainability-driven companies across Europe.

Through this open call, Clean offers support to help Danish SMEs explore new markets, establish partnerships, and showcase their innovations internationally.

Target group

The call is open to Danish SMEs working within:

  • Packaging and processing technologies
  • Logistics, automation, and supply chain systems
  • Cleantech and sustainable materials
  • Digital and smart manufacturing technologies

Why join Warsaw Pack 2026

  • Meet key industry players from the packaging, food, and cosmetics sectors, as well as logistics and automation.
  • Explore the future of sustainable packaging—from eco-materials and circular design to smart labelling and quality control.
  • Showcase your innovative solutions in an international setting and connect with distributors, partners, and new customers.
  • Gain insights from expert events, including:
    • The Natureef Conference on innovation and sustainability in packaging, food, and cosmetics.
    • The Trade Fair Studio, featuring live interviews and trend analyses.
    • The Medal Awards Ceremony, celebrating cutting-edge packaging technologies.

Participation/ticket fees for the fair are already covered by Clean, allowing companies to focus their funding solely on travel and subsistence costs.

Participation terms

  • Open to Danish SMEs working within packaging, logistics, cleantech, or sustainability.
  • Support is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the SMEBeyond project’s funding limits.
  • Selected participants must sign a written agreement and a state aid form (GBER) before the event (templates will be provided).
  • Reimbursement will be processed after the event upon submission of relevant documentation.

About the project

This activity is part of the SMEBeyond – South Baltic SMEs Advancing Beyond Borders project.
SMEBeyond is co-funded by the European Union under the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021–2027.
